We are hiring for our client a well-established and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector who are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to take ownership of high-volume hiring across operational teams supporting business growth and workforce planning.
The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in attracting selecting and onboarding talent across production and warehouse functions ensuring a seamless candidate experience while driving efficiency and compliance across recruitment processes.

The Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across production and warehouse teams
Support workforce planning and headcount requirements in line with business needs
Advertise roles across job boards social media and recruitment platforms
Screen applications conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines
Coordinate onboarding including contracts documentation and inductions
Ensure compliance with right to work checks and recruitment processes
Maintain and update HR systems and applicant tracking systems
Provide regular recruitment reports data insights and campaign analysis
Attend recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives
Work closely with internal teams to plan start dates and workforce requirements
Support general HR administration and maintain accurate employee records
The Person
Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR
Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns within a production/customer service environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Confident communicator with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
Experience using HR systems ATS or recruitment platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Drivers license and access to transport
