Join UKAEA as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a period of 10 months and help deliver a smooth inclusive recruitment experience that connects talented people with opportunities to contribute to the future of fusion energy. Youll play an important role in keeping recruitment campaigns moving efficiently and creating a professional candidate experience from vacancy launch through to interview. Its an opportunity to build your recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting UKAEAs ambitious mission.
What Youll Be Doing
- Process new recruitment requests and set up vacancies accurately within the ATS (SmartRecruiters)
- Publish high-quality inclusive job adverts that attract a diverse range of candidates and support fair recruitment.
- Coordinate pre-screen and panel interviews for candidates in the UK and overseas including virtual and in-person arrangements.
- Arrange interview schedules meeting rooms and additional assessments in collaboration with hiring teams.
- Support candidates throughout the interview process including welcoming them and ensuring appropriate feedback is provided before and after interviews where required.
- Follow up on vacancy and offer approvals to help recruitment activity progress within agreed service levels.
- Raise requisitions and purchase orders for recruitment advertising and other Talent Acquisition requirements.
What Youll Bring
- Practical recruitment administration experience
- Competent IT skills and experience working with online systems and digital platforms.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and processing administrative activity using established systems and procedures.
- Experience working in a customer-focused administrative environment supporting people through defined processes.
UKAEA is an onsite organisation and this role requires regular onsite presence (usually between 3-5 days in any given week) in line with business needs. We actively support flexible working arrangements where this is compatible with the role.
