Talentmark is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful STEM-focused recruitment business based in Stevenage.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 6 months 2 years recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career within a specialist consultancy. Experience in the STEM sectors would be beneficial but it isnt essential were looking for the right person with the right attitude and well provide the industry knowledge and training.

Salary:Up to 30000 per annum commission bonus

- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client qualification through to candidate placement.
- Building and developing relationships with both existing and prospective clients across the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
- Sourcing screening and interviewing high-quality candidates for permanent and contract opportunities.
- Managing the candidate journey from attraction and interview coordination through to offer management and placement.
- Delivering a consultative high-quality service to both clients and candidates while contributing to the continued success of the Science team.
- Up to 30000 basic salary plus commission and bonus
