Were working with a growing specialist recruitment business in Bristol specialising in embedded software electronics and mechanical engineering across sectors including aerospace defence automotive and medical technology.
Theyre looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.
Youll work directly alongside the three founders receiving hands-on training and support while building your own desk in a specialist high-value market.

Whats on offer
- 26K32K basic salary - 45K50K OTE year 1
- Uncapped commission with NO threshold
- 15% commission on first 100K billed
- 17.5% on second 100K increasing by 2.5% for every additional 100K
- Clear progression to Senior & Principal

The role
