Youll gain hands-on experience in sourcing scheduling and administration across the full recruitment lifecycle. Based out of our Newcastle office this is a permanent role within our People function. At Credera we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite in your local office. We value collaboration and client impact so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility in-person connection and delivering exceptional outcomes for our people and clients.

Assistwithinterviewschedulingcandidatepacksandothercoordinationtasks.
Helporganiseandsupportassessmentcentresandrecruitmentevents.
Providegeneraladministrativesupportforrecruitmentprojectsasrequired.
Maintainandupdatetheapplicanttrackingsystem(ATS)andotherrecruitmentrecords.
HelpsiftCVsviaourATS.
SupporttherecruitmentprocessbysourcingandreachingouttocandidatesusingLinkedInandotherchannels.
Conductcandidatescreeningsandprovidesummaries/screeningnotesforhiringmanagers.
Assistwithadvertisingjobrolesandpostingengagingjobdescriptions.
ActasafriendlyambassadorforCrederaprovidingapositiveexperienceforcandidatesthroughouttheprocess.
Maintaintherecruitmentemailinboxmovingescalatingandrespondingtoticketsinatimelymanner. Whoyouare Organisedproactiveanddetailorientated.
