Job Summary

The Role 

  • Manage all aspects of recruitmentadministrationensuring compliance with legislationregulatorsand Franchise Standards. 

  • Place adverts on websites jobboardsandappropriate socialmediaplatforms. 

  • Ensure all relevant recruitment digital content is kept up to date. 

  • Maintain effective communication with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience. 

  • Schedule interviews and support candidate selection activities whereappropriate. 

  • Process candidates through the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS)in a timely mannerensuring data isaccurate. 

  • Support theHead of Peoplewithlocalcommunity recruitment events. 

  • Process all pre-employment checkscollatepre-employment documentation. 

  • Support and Mentor candidates through their first 12 weeks. 

  • Optimise the recruitment tools available and keepup to date on best practice approaches. 

  • Carry out any other dutiesdeemednecessary for the successful operation of the business. 

  • Ensure compliance with HomeInsteadsEquality Diversity and Equal OpportunitiesPolicy in respect of employment and service delivery. 


Qualifications :

About you 

We are looking for someone with a backgroundin care looking to develop their career tosupport theHead of Peoplewith all aspects of recruitmentand onboarding administrationto enable the delivery of a responsiveend-to-endrecruitment servicethatincorporatesa great candidateonboardingexperience.A people person who can mentor and supportthe front-line care professionals in their first 3 months. This role requires participation in the on-callteam supporting Care professionals out of hours Monday Thursdayone week infive. 

This is an office-based role workingessentiallyMondayto Friday with core hours of 9:00am to 5: for occasionalweekendand evening on-callwork by prior arrangementwillbe necessary. You willbepartofour on-call rota whichoperateson a 1 week in 5basis. 


Additional Information :

EssentialCriteria 

  • Well-developed administration skillsalongside care experiencein a similar role. 

  • Anunderstanding of legislationrelatingto recruitmentincludingDBSEnhanced Criminal Recordchecks referencesandRight to Workchecks. 

  • An understandingof social media and other digital communication tools for recruitment purposes. 

  • Flexibilitytooccasionallywork outside 9-5 Monday to Fridayto meet the demands of the business. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Good working knowledge ofIT Systems with experience ofMicrosoft Office or GoogleSuite working withdatabasesandvirtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adoptnew technologieswhereappropriate. 

  • Excellentorganisationandprioritisationskills with the ability to work accurately under pressureand adapt to changing priorities. 

  • A team player who is self-motivated resultsdrivenand resilient.
