Recruiter

Were looking for a Recruiter to join our hybrid team in Newcastle.

In this role you will work alongside a Lead Recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives across multiple business units in an AI-native technology consultancy. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to source and attract top talent leveraging modern strategies including AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing advanced search techniques and AI-based tools
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive networking and research
• Conduct screening and evaluation to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit
• Provide support to end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions
• Maintain accurate records and reports in applicant tracking systems
• Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI technology and recruitment
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and data regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the sourcing and recruitment process

• 1-2 years experience in technology recruitment within an agency or in-house setting
• Strong sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using Boolean search job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience leveraging AI tools for candidate sourcing and day-to-day recruitment activities
• Familiarity with technology-related roles and ability to understand technical skill sets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment

• Experience with commercial roles in IT consulting environment
