Recruiter

Were looking for an experienced recruiter to join us for an initial four-month fixed-term contract supporting a busy and evolving hiring agenda. There may be potential to extend beyond the initial term depending on business needs.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business solving hiring challenges and building credibility with stakeholders. The workload is likely to have a strong technical focus particularly across engineering and related skill sets but the role offers exposure to a broader mix of hiring activity.

Were looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed build trusted relationships and make an impact from day one.

What youll be doing

Youll manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of vacancies partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs shape effective attraction strategies and deliver strong hiring outcomes.

This is not a role where youll simply take briefs and process vacancies. Were looking for someone who can bring insight challenge thinking when needed and help leaders navigate a competitive talent market.

Direct sourcing will be a significant part of the role. Youll be comfortable identifying and engaging talent proactively using a combination of market knowledge creativity and persistence to build quality pipelines.

Youll also have the opportunity to work on a mix of straightforward and more complex hiring challenges including roles that require discretion careful stakeholder management and a strategic approach to market engagement.

Alongside delivery youll be able to contribute ideas and improvements that help us become more effective efficient and candidate-focused in how we recruit.

Youll likely bring:

• Experience recruiting across the UK and Ireland & Europe
• A track record of successfully hiring technical engineering or hard-to-find talent
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability
• The ability to work at pace without sacrificing quality
• Good judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively where needed
• A curious mindset and a willingness to approach problems differently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships both virtually and face-to-face
