Front-of-house role within a large professional services firm
The Role
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and manage incoming calls emails and correspondence
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules
Provide general administrative support to teams as required
Maintain reception area ensuring a tidy and organised environment
Assist with office tasks including mail filing and supplies
Support internal communications and ad hoc office duties
The Person
Previous reception front of house or administrative experience preferred
Professional and personable with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Reliable proactive and capable of working independently
Confident handling client interactions and office systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
