As a Receptionist Administrator your primary duties will be to provide reception duties and administrative support to the Head Office team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • answering the telephone
  • passing on messages to relevant team members either by Teams channel or written note
  • greeting Visitors and ensuring they sign in and out
  • making teas or coffees for visitors and staff
  • taking deliveries and arranging any collections of returned items
  • sorting and distributing post and informing the main office if any post or deliveries have arrived for them
  • keeping the office tidy including the kitchen area
  • managing and organising purchase of any stationery staff refreshment supplies
  • reporting any maintenance required
  • administration support as required.

Based at our head office in Bury St Edmunds you will work in a team of 10.

Due to the nature of the role you must have a minimum of 1 year administration or office experience.
