Reception Host – Luxury Residential Development

Were recruiting on behalf of an exceptional residential development in Central London where outstanding service and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do. They are now seeking a Reception Host to join their front-of-house team and help create a welcoming experience for residents guests and visitors alike.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Reception Host...

• 32500 per annum
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern (8am to 8pm)
• One-hour break each shift
• Christmas bonus

Responsibilities as the Reception Host...

• Greeting residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Receiving deliveries and assisting with resident requests
• Supporting key management and day-to-day reception duties
• Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception environment at all times

Were looking for someone with a positive attitude excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. This role would suit someone from a hotel restaurant airline or other luxury guest-facing background who is looking to develop their career within a prestigious residential setting.
