Salary: 55000 to 75000 (depending on experience)

Our client is looking to hire a junior Real Estate Solicitor into a high-performing London team working on a broad mix of commercial property matters.

This is a great opportunity for an NQ to 2 PQE solicitor who wants strong exposure to quality work a genuinely client-facing role and the support of a busy team where you can build confidence quickly. The work is varied and will suit someone who enjoys being close to the detail managing priorities and building strong working relationships.

You will manage your own caseload with support from more senior colleagues while also assisting across the wider team. The work covers a broad range of commercial property including landlord and tenant sales and purchases property management real estate finance and security corporate real estate support and cross-border support. Experience of development and regeneration work is an advantage.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing your own caseload of commercial real estate matters

• Supporting other members of the team on live transactions and advisory work

• Drafting and preparing a range of property documents

• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties

• Supervising and developing more junior colleagues where required

• Ensuring work is produced to a high standard and in line with agreed deadlines

• Managing your time effectively and prioritising competing tasks

• Completing MI procedures as required

• Working to agreed financial and chargeable targets and KPIs

• Complying with relevant policies and procedures

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 0 to 2 years PQE

• Experience of and genuine interest in commercial real estate work

• Development and regeneration exposure is an advantage

• Strong academics and technical knowledge

• Strong organisation and time management able to prioritise under pressure

• Confident communicator with strong team working skills

• Strong IT skills and attention to detail

• Flexible approach and willingness to get involved across a varied workload
