Salary: 75000 to 95000

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to support a busy and growing practice. You will be given the autonomy you would expect at this level with the backing of a supportive team and a firm that invests properly in training wellbeing and long-term development.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a varied real estate caseload from instruction through to completion

• Advising clients clearly and commercially balancing risk timescales and practical outcomes

• Drafting reviewing and negotiating real estate documentation

• Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to support clients with joined-up advice

• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where appropriate

• Contributing to business development through strong service repeat instructions and relationship building

What Were Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with around 10 years PQE in real estate

• Strong technical capability and the confidence to run matters with minimal supervision

• A practical commercial approach and an eye for detail

• Strong client care and communication skills

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team
