Position: Legal Expert Real Estate
Type: Contract
Compensation: $120/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the real estate practice area.
• Adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics.
• Complete structural QC across prompts rubrics and source documents.
• Evaluate purchase and sale agreements lease schedules and title and survey reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in closing deliverables with 10-100 source documents.
