At Norfolk First Response our reablement approach supports individuals to do things for themselves. We use techniques that support retraining or regaining skills and building confidence to maximise their independence for a period of up to 6 weeks.

What does the role involve

You will assist and support individuals in their home with tasks to enable them to regain their independence. This may include personal care medication administration supervising transfers and mobility nutritional and hydration needs.

What were looking for:

  • A caring empathetic person who wants to be the difference in someones life
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (to visit people in their homes)
  • No previous experience required well provide full training

We have part time hours available based across East Norfolk on a rota that balances mornings (7:30am2pm or 8am2:30pm) and evenings (4:30pm9pm or 5pm10pm). Hours are averaged over two weeks giving you the ability to plan ahead and maintain a healthy work-life to be discussed with candidates at interview.
