• Deliver engaging high-quality RE and Philosophy & Ethics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 (A-Level Religious Studies / Philosophy).

• Cultivate an open respectful and academically rigorous classroom environment that explores world religions ethical frameworks and contemporary moral debates.

• Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE and A-Level examinations maintaining the schools record of high academic achievement.

• Track student progress effectively and implement tailored academic support to ensure every pupil reaches their potential.

• Lead or contribute to co-curricular clubs and enrichment opportunities such as Philosophy Club Debate Society or community outreach projects.
