English Teacher Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
A degree in English or a related subject.

Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities.

Experience planning delivering and assessing lessons that support excellent student progress.
Commitment to safeguarding inclusion and promoting positive behaviour for learning.
Strong communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
