Recruitment and Attract (R&A) Coherence Senior Rate (SR) supports the planning and co-ordination of Attract (Recruiting and Engagement) activities across the R&A organisation. The post holder will support the planning of all experiential1 visit for R&A engagement and recruiting outreach and in-reach delivery teams.
Responsibilities
R&A Coherence SR is responsible for the following:
To support SO3 Visits Officer in the planning and co-ordination of national recruiting and engagement experiential visits (NREE) or Look at Life.
To support SO3 Visits Officer with the management of a budget for NREE.
Co-ordinate the use of a R&A Events Tracker (Outreach Tool) including providing support and guidance to R&A staff on the recording and MOE.
Co-ordinate the regular provision of marketing ancillaries and equipment across R&A in line with budgets.
Travel as required in support of NREE.
Act as a Divisional Officer for members of the Coherence team as required.
Support the Senior Rate Duty Roster as required.
To respond to additional tasking as required by SO2 Coherence.
Accountability
Coherence SR is accountable to SO2 Coherence who is also the First Reporting Officer. SO1 Coherence is the Second Reporting Officer.
Coherence SR is the line manager of the Coherence JR.
Authority
Coherence SR is authorised to liaise with the following:
All internal R&A stakeholders relevant to the delivery of ToRS via CoC as appropriate including SATs Recruiting Force R&A Attract Teams RFA and DOCC Staff.
Naval Service and MOD desk officers on NREE activity responding to issues as appropriate.
HM Ships and Submarines RN and RM units and establishments civilian authorities and the general public on matters relating to the delivery of their ToRs via CoC as appropriate.
Officers in Charge of University Royal Navy Units on NREE activity.
Education Establishments Cadet Units Youth Organisations and any other organisation/society that may benefit the Naval Service recruiting process on NREE activity.
