This casual pool supports multiple sites across:

Brisbane Ipswich Sunshine Coast

For Sunshine Coast role reliable transport (public or own) is essential.

THE POSITION
Prepare cook and present high quality meals
Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
Follow health and safety and food safety standards
Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow

THE PERSON
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in fine dining events or functions with strong attention to detail
High energy with professional presentation
Willing to work across different sectors including Education Venues and Corporate
Able to obtain or already hold: National Police Check & Blue Card
