We are recruiting for an experienced Quarry Manager to lead a busy aggregates operation in the Glasgow area.
This is a key operational leadership position with responsibility for safety production people and overall quarry performance.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day quarry operations
- Managing and developing site teams
- Delivering production and operational targets
- Maintaining compliance with Quarry Regulations
- Driving health safety and environmental standards
- Managing contractors
- Monitoring fixed and mobile plant performance
- Supporting maintenance and shutdown planning
- Managing operational costs and resources
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Working with commercial logistics and wider operational teams
What We Are Looking For
You will ideally have experience within quarrying or aggregates and a strong understanding of operational quarry management.
