Join one of Europes Leading Power Generation provider to Hyperscale Data Centres!

We are looking for a Project Surveyor or Assistant Project Surveyor to join an exciting project in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven construction professional looking to work on international projects within a dynamic and challenging environment.

As a Project Surveyor or Assistant Project Surveyor you will play a key role in assisting management with project costs commercial performance procurement activities and contract administration. You will work closely with project managers engineers subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong commercial control.

Responsibilities of a Project Surveyor or Assistant Project Surveyor -
  • Manage project cost control forecasting and commercial reporting
  • Prepare and review valuations variations and payment applications
  • Monitor project budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities
  • Support procurement processes and subcontractor management
  • Review contracts scope changes and commercial agreements
  • Prepare accurate cost reports and financial updates
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure effective cost tracking and reporting
  • Assist with final accounts and project close-out activities
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients suppliers and subcontractors
Requirementsof a Project Surveyor or Assistant Project Surveyor
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction engineering or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of cost control contracts and commercial management
  • Experience working on large-scale projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently within a site-based environment
  • Strong analytical organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant QS software
