Quality and Governance Coordinator

Were looking for a Quality and Governance Coordinator to join our Camden service and help us keep quality learning and continuous improvement at the centre of how we work.
Working closely with our Quality and Governance Lead and Service Managers youll bring together information insight and action helping us understand what is working where we can improve and what needs to change.
This is a role with real reach across the service.
Youll coordinate Treatment and Care Review panels support investigations into patient safety incidents and contribute to high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.
Youll help turn learning into action. Whether that comes from an incident an audit a Serious Case Review an independent investigation or frontline practice youll make sure important learning doesnt sit in a report it becomes part of how we work.
Youll also support quality improvement plans develop and undertake targeted audits identify emerging risks and use data to help teams understand performance and strengthen service delivery.
Above all youll build relationships. Youll work alongside operational teams managers and partners creating constructive conversations around quality and helping colleagues feel confident about improving practice.

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
The role requires flexibility to work across operational sites in Camden and may occasionally involve evening or weekend working where service delivery requires it.
Youll understand what strong governance looks like within a regulated service and be comfortable working with quality risk and patient safety information.
Youll bring knowledge of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry alongside an understanding of patient safety processes clinical practice standards safeguarding and quality improvement.
Youll also be able to:
analyse information and data identify themes and translate findings into clear actions
write concise credible reports for a range of audiences
influence and challenge constructively including when working with senior colleagues
manage competing priorities deadlines and detailed pieces of work
work confidently and autonomously while remaining closely connected to the wider team
build effective relationships across services and with external partners.
Youll be curious about how services can become better confident asking the right questions and able to bring people with you when improvements are needed.
