The Position

• Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service
• Conceive review and implement ongoing process and service improvements
• Development and implementation of initiatives or change programmes or to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Achieving client satisfaction and contract retention goals through maintaining and improving existing relationships with key clients
• Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities
• Positively influence change with stakeholders on different levels
• Oversee catering at a high level for events and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
• Monthly financial & budgetary reporting and identify opportunities to streamline business needs an optimise profit

The Person

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role / multi-site management experience
• Minimum 5 years Hospitality leadership experience (Hospitality or Business qualifications well regarded)
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget
• Thorough understanding & awareness of all contractual obligations
• Excellent communication and personal skills evidence of building successful business relationships at the senior executive level with advanced stakeholder management skills
• Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective engaged and motivated teams
• Highly compliance oriented with strong attention to detail & reporting capabilities
