CRP Subsea are looking for a QC Inspector to join our QC Inspection Team and support with the overall CRP Quality and risk management strategy.
What will you do as our QC Inspector:
Providing a comprehensive QC Goods Inward inspection service to ensure that all standards related to quality are achieved and meet the requirements of the Purchase Order.
Monitoring of critical test equipment to ensure we have a critical test equipmentresponse plan.
Support the QC Supervisor in any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
With the assistance of the QC Supervisor prioritise incoming components for inspection based on the business needs.
Carrying out inspection of the incoming products either at CRPs premises or the suppliers.
Ensuring that the status and control on non-conforming products is in accordance with relevant procedures and drawings and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
Maintaining clear and accurate records of inspection findings at all times and reporting all and every deviation to the relevant person.
Raising Supplier NCRs where appropriate.
Creating Critical Equipment Response Plan to ensure coordinated response to critical equipment failure.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
