QA Manager
Job Summary
Were looking for a QA Manager to lead and develop our Quality Assurance function ensuring the highest standards of GMP compliance product quality and regulatory excellence across our pharmaceutical operations.

What Youll Be Doing
As QA Manager youll provide leadership across Analytical QA Manufacturing QA and Compliance QA ensuring quality systems remain effective inspection-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Youll:
- Lead coach and develop a team of QA professionals creating a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the sites Quality Management System ensuring ongoing GMP compliance.
- Drive quality initiatives across deviations CAPAs change controls investigations and risk assessments.
- Review quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support audits customer visits and regulatory inspections.
- Act as a key quality partner to Manufacturing QC Development and Project teams.
- Champion continuous improvement and help deliver strategic quality objectives across the site.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Were keen to hear from Quality leaders who have experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment and can confidently balance compliance team leadership and business priorities.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience within QA or QC leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations data integrity and quality systems.
- Experience managing Quality Management Systems and driving compliance improvements.
- Previous experience leading coaching and developing teams.
- Experience working within pharmaceutical manufacturing or analytical testing environments.
Desirable
- Auditing experience.
- CDMO/CMO industry experience.
- Knowledge of laboratory manufacturing and compliance quality systems.
- QP training and/or Lead Auditor qualifications.
