An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QA Coordinator/ Officer to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality closely with teams across the business you will coordinate quality documentation CAPAs deviations change controls and audit activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
- Manage controlled quality documentation including SOPs and records.
- Coordinate CAPAs deviations non-conformances and change controls.
- Support quality investigations and root cause analysis.
- Assist with internal customer and regulatory audits.
- Monitor quality metrics and support continuous improvement activities.
- Experience within Quality Assurance Quality Systems or Quality Compliance.
- Experience working in a regulated life sciences environment (pharmaceuticals biotechnology CRO orlaboratory services).
- A good understanding of ISO 9001 QMS CAPAs document control and audit processes.
- Excellent organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Salary range between 35000 - 45000 DOE
