What youll be doing:

We are seeking a fully registered Psychologist or a Psychologist who is currently eligible for full registration with a genuine commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of others. You will be a compassionate and capable clinician with experience in psychological assessment intervention and consultation and a desire to grow your clinical skills within a supportive team environment.

In this role you will provide clinical consultation psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for members experiencing a range of concerns including trauma anxiety depression adjustment difficulties and workplace stress. You will also deliver mental health education and training promoting psychological wellbeing across the organisation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability to build trusted relationships and a collaborative approach to delivering person-centred trauma-informed care. An interest or experience in workplace mental health and supporting volunteers and staff in a dynamic emergency services environment will be highly regarded.
