Job Summary

1. Act as the principle focus and advisor for all Sqn administrative matters assurance and MS. Line Manager for all Civil Servants de-facto career manager for all Res SP.
2. Service Funds Manager. Lead with Sqn monthly accounts and audits. Maintain the RGI fund.
3. Lead for all Community Engagement activity including liaison with RFCA local councils and other agencies.
4. Lead for all Employer Engagement as required for deployments or HRR including detailed preparation and screening of soldiers prior to mobilisation and training
5. Management of MODNet within the Sqn including the submission of all business cases and advising on the reporting of faults. Undertake LSO and Authorised Requestor activities in order to manage MODNet account activity; oversee the Sqn SharePoint page.
6. Head of Recruiting. Work with ReMSO RRMTs and AO Recruiting. Responsible for attestations.
7. Assuring Officer for Army Reserves pay utilising PPS and RAPS.
8. Act as the Branch Security Officer and IT Security; lead for all G2 assurance
9. Maintain the Sqn Vetting Register in accordance with the 8005 and act as Sponsor for all vetting applications.
10. Sqn lead for welfare. Attend UHC and CMCR maintain PAPMIS lead on App 9s App 18s as required to ensure a workforce as deployable as possible.
11. Infra management. The day-to-day management of the Army Reserve Centre and lodger organisations this includes the management of contractors access and the management of works services through VIVO and RFCA. 12. Have a thorough working knowledge of CHURCHILL MUSTER ODR FISS2 MySafety and PPS.
13. Conduct any other tasks as directed by RHQ and the OC.
