Job Summary
1. Execute command functions over Military Police Reserve Company in the absence of the OC and contribute to RMP Regiment outputs.
2. Enable company training and prepare reserves for mobilisation in conjunction with company permanent staff.
3. Fulfil the role of Fund Manager for company Service (non-public) funds.
4. Act as the line manager for company civilian staff.
5. Provide the focal point and assurance for all company G1 - G9 staff functions.
6. Co-ordinate and advise on all company MS reporting and soldier promotion grading boards in conjunction with the reserve chain of command.
7. Act as the company security officer and liaise with RFCA on infrastructure matters.
8. Act as the company welfare officer with responsibility for CNO/CVO duties as required.
9. Manage the unit recruiting team and act as Attesting Officer for new joiners.
9. Conduct any other reasonable task set forth by the commanding officer or his representative.
10. Liaison Officer in respect of internal and external individual and organisational stakeholders.
