Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our ProxyVoting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build acareer in investment operations gaining expertise in a specialised and high-profile area of the industry. You will support the end-to-end proxy votingprocess working closely with team members to ensure accurate and timelyexecution of voting activity across Man Groups accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Proxy Voting Support Assist in the day-to-day management of proxyvoting activity including ballot monitoring vote instructionpreparation and execution across relevant platforms.
• Platform Operations Develop working knowledge of proxy votingplatforms (e.g. Glass Lewis or equivalent) supporting the accuracy ofsystem data and processing of ballots.
• Workflow Assistance Support voting workflows ensuring deadlinesare met and escalating issues in a timely manner.
• Data Quality Assist with reconciliations exception handling and themaintenance of accurate records and audit trails across all proxy voting
  activity.
• Compliance Support Help ensure voting activity aligns withapplicable regulatory requirements and client mandates flaggingqueries or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders.
• Reporting Contribute to the preparation of internal and client-facingvoting reports and management information.
• Process Improvement Participate in initiatives to improveoperational efficiency and support the documentation of proceduresand controls.
• Third Party Liaison Liaise with custodians prime brokers proxy agents and external teams to ensure timely and accurate account set-up and processing of voting instructions

Experience & Qualifications

• No prior financial services experience required a genuine interest ininvestment operations and financial markets is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention todetail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksand meet deadlines.

• Eager to learn and develop expertise in a specialised operationalfunction.
• Methodical and process-driven with a strong focus on accuracy and riskawareness.
• Good communicator comfortable working with internal teams andexternal counterparties.
• Proactive and self-motivated to learn with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
