About this role

As part of our team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Proposals & Contracts Process Lead is responsible for developing and leading TFSs global proposals and contracts capability across Clinical Development Services. This role combines capability ownership governance process excellence training Salesforce/CRM expertise and senior commercial support for strategic proposals contracts budgets and change orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals contracts budgets and change orders.

• Develop and maintain global standards templates tools governance frameworks and best practices.

• Lead training onboarding competency development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Drive quality oversight KPI reporting and continuous improvement across Business Units.

• Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead supporting adoption data quality and process improvements.

• Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals contract negotiations and strategic customer opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in proposals contracts budgeting and commercial operations within a CRO environment.

• Proven experience developing global proposal and contract standards processes and governance frameworks.

• Experience designing and delivering training programs competency frameworks and process improvement initiatives.

• Extensive experience preparing budgets proposals contracts and change orders for clients and vendors.

• Experience supporting proposals within Ophthalmology Oncology Internal Medicine and/or Dermatology.

• Strong communication stakeholder management and organizational skills with experience working across global teams.
