Job Summary
Werea housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding with plans to build more homes regenerate local areas and invest in our properties.
We now have a vacancy for a PropertySurveyorto join our Asset and Development team. You willundertake regularlyprogrammed pre & post work inspectionsandmonitorquality and performance standards to ensure property maintenance activities are carried outin accordance withHealth and Safety Legislation relevant Codes of Practise andappropriate QualityStandards.
You will alsosupport thestock condition programme HHSRS Empty properties and all associated survey role will alsoassistinthe monitoring ofanysubcontracted work relating to any maintenance compliance programmedor improvement works on behalf of the Trust.

Tosucceedyoullhaveexperience in a housing organisation in a maintenance environment pre / posting inspectingprojectsandproduction of schedule of will also have knowledge of the issues facing social housing in the property condition environmentincludingdealing with high-risk scenarios.
Werelooking for someone withknowledge of HHSRS legislation AWAABs law and damp/mould investigationstreatmentand preventionalong with aBuilding Trades qualification e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ III.
