Property Procurement Manager

The Property Procurement Manager is responsible for delivering value-driven procurement strategies across Property Investment Maintenance and Statutory Compliance. The role ensures best-in-class commercial practice performance management of contractors and strong supplier relationships that support operational excellence cost efficiency and sustainability goals. 

Acting as a trusted commercial partner the Property Procurement Manager shapes category strategies oversees competitive sourcing activity and ensures that all procurement decisions deliver whole-life value compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications :

As Property Procurement Manager you will

• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for Property Investment Maintenance and Statutory Compliance.
• Drive innovation achieve contractual compliance reduce costs and support sustainability objectives.
• Manage tendering initiatives contractor performance and contribute high-quality innovative solutions to the overall Property agenda.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure refurbishment projects and maintenance align with operational needs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

What youll bring 

• Experience leading procurement across property construction FM or multi-site environments. 
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing tenders supplier selection and contract negotiations. 
• Skilled in supplier performance management relationship building and influencing stakeholders. 
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance sustainability principles and environmental considerations.. 
• Excellent financial and analytical skills including cost modelling and data interpretation. 
• Proficient in procurement systems and Excel; professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS or working towards) strongly preferred.
