What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing day-to-day property maintenance issues and coordinating repairs with contractors landlords and tenants
- Overseeing planned maintenance safety certification remedial works and compliance requirements
- Managing invoices quotations insurance claims and contractor relationships
- Providing regular updates and communication to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy
- Coordinating tenancy progression including move-ins tenant settling-in periods and end-of-tenancy processes
- Managing deposit negotiations utilities lettings administration and ensuring smooth tenancy closures
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within a property management role ideally with 12-18 months experience
- Strong knowledge of residential lettings processes and tenancy legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords tenants and contractors
- A calm and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use property management systems and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ARLA qualification or NFOPP Technical Award would be advantageous but is not essential
