Location: Newbury Berkshire
Salary:per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis

Requirements: Previous lettings experience and a full UK driving licence with access to a car

An established and highly regarded estate agency in Newbury is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy lettings team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in lettings or property management who enjoys building relationships solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

• Coordinating maintenance requests repairs and contractors.

• Arranging property inspections and ensuring properties are well maintained.

• Managing tenancy renewals move-ins and move-outs.

• Handling deposit queries and tenancy-related matters.

• Ensuring properties comply with relevant lettings legislation and safety regulations.

• Resolving landlord and tenant queries professionally and efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to landlords.

• Previous experience within residential lettings is essential.

• Property management experience is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.

• Good understanding of lettings processes and legislation.

• Confident handling maintenance issues and resolving problems.

• A proactive professional and approachable attitude.

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential.
