What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service
• Carry out regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance works with contractors and suppliers
• Manage utility-related matters and resolve day-to-day property management issues efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants contractors and suppliers
• Handle telephone enquiries provide administrative support and maintain accurate property records
• Ensure all property matters are managed professionally and in line with current legislation and best practice

• Previous experience within residential property lettings or property management would be advantageous
