This is a pivotal position requiring strong accounting experience across both property management and company accounts and previous experience in a similar role within a property management company is essential.

The successful candidate will be organised accurate and confident managing financial responsibilities deadlines and relationships within a fast-moving property environment. The role is office based.

What youll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Management & Company Accountant

• Managing property management accounts and associated financial administration
• Preparing and maintaining company accounts and financial records
• Working closely with the Property Management Team on property-related accounting matters
• Liaising with Company Directors regarding company accounts and financial information
• Ensuring accounts are accurate up to date and completed within required deadlines
• Managing multiple accounting priorities efficiently within a busy property environment

What our client Is looking for (Skills & Experience)

• Previous experience in Property Management Accounts is essential
• Previous experience in Company Accounts is essential
• Strong accounting skills with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
• Able to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Professional approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience within the property sector is highly desirable
• AAT or ACCA qualification would be preferable
