Salary: 60000 to 90000 plus bonus and benefits

If youre a Property Litigation Solicitor who wants to take on more complex disputes have real ownership of client relationships and help shape a growing team this is a strong opportunity to step into a role with genuine scope.

Our client is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. Youll run your own caseload across both commercial and residential property disputes support on larger matters and depending on level have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and help drive standards across the team.

Youll advise on strategy risk and costs exposure and deliver clear commercially focused guidance. The role also offers a genuine platform for business development with support to build your profile through networking training and thought leadership.

This is a disputes role with a strong mix of landlord and tenant issues property contract disputes and wider real estate litigation. Youll work closely with colleagues across real estate and wider disputes to provide joined-up advice and a high standard of client care.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of property litigation matters from instruction to resolution

• Advising on prospects strategy and costs exposure throughout the lifecycle of a case

• Handling a mix of commercial and residential property disputes including landlord and tenant issues

• Acting tactically and decisively to achieve the best outcomes for clients

• Supporting on disputes progressing through ADR tribunal proceedings and litigation where appropriate

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery

• Working closely with other teams to provide joined-up advice on multi-disciplinary matters

• Supporting junior colleagues where appropriate through supervision mentoring and day-to-day guidance

• Contributing to business development through networking client training articles and wider marketing activity

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client SLAs

What Were Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2 to 8 years PQE in property litigation (commercial and/or residential)

• Strong technical and procedural knowledge with a tactical commercial approach

• Confident running matters with appropriate support

• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

• Highly organised resilient and comfortable managing competing priorities

• A collaborative approach and genuine interest in contributing to a growing team
