As part of a global group we work creatively to develop bespoke insurance solutions for leading financial institutions retailers and manufacturers both internationally and globally.

As part of our continued investment in our claims function we are now recruiting an Team Leader based out of our Nottingham office.

In this role you will lead a team of dedicated claims professionals overseeing the efficient and fair handling of property claims from notification through to settlement maintaining a small caseload and ensuring the teams compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

To be successful youll bring proven experience in claims team leadership - either formal or informal - motivating and supporting team members in an inclusive and fair manner. Youll be confident in managing complex investigations and working within authority limits. Experience with reinsurance service level agreements or third-party administrators would be an advantage as would experience working within property claims.
