Bradfield City is one of Australias most ambitious city-building projects creating new opportunities for industry innovation and advanced manufacturing in Western Sydney. As a Projects and Programs Officer youll support the planning and delivery of civil works utility infrastructure approvals and precinct development initiatives that help build Bradfields business ecosystem working closely with government industry and academic partners to turn ideas into action.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with project administration project coordination or engineering experience who is ready to broaden their project delivery capability. Youll support projects from planning through to delivery preparing reports and project documentation coordinating stakeholders and working groups monitoring budgets and project performance analysing commercial and market information and contributing to procurement and commercial transactions. Youll also have the opportunity to identify process improvements and help deliver projects that create lasting economic and community outcomes for Western Sydney.

What you will bring to the role :
- Experience providing project coordination and administration support across multiple projects including monitoring actions issues financials milestones and cross-workstream dependencies to support effective project governance and the successful timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret budget commitments forecasts invoices variations and reporting.
- An engineering construction infrastructure or related background with an interest in developing broader project delivery and commercial capabilities.
- Confidence for building productive relationships with a range of stakeholders across government industry and internal/external partners.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities maintain accurate project documentation and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- An understanding of project management principles procurement or commercial processes and a willingness to continue developing your project delivery expertise.
- Capability in approvals coordination including planning approvals assistance REF inputs utility interfaces and stakeholder consultation
