The Forth Valley Macmillan Money Matters Project provides income maximisation advice and support to people with a Cancer diagnosis living in either Clackmannanshire Falkirk or Stirling.
We are currently recruiting for a temporary part-time (17.5 hours per week) Project Worker to work within the Macmillan Money Matters Project; and alongside the wider Advice Services Team. You should ideally have experience of: completing benefits checks; supporting vulnerable people to maximise their income through applying for benefits and charitable grants; challenging benefit decisions including representation at appeals and tribunals; and providing budgeting advice.
This post is currently funded until 31st March 2027; and will report to the Senior Adviser.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Adults. If your application is progressed after the interview you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
