Job Summary

Job Title: Project Support Associate (North East & Yorkshire Region)Function:Communications and MarketingLocation: Hybrid - within one of our Offices (Nottingham Alfreton Wakefield or Daresbury)Contract type: Secondment / Fixed Term Contract 12 months Salary:37502Closing Date:Tuesday 28th July 2026This role sits within the Customer Voice team and focuses on ensuring the voice of NHS customers is captured analysed and translated into meaningful action across NHS Supply will coordinate customer forums and advisory groups gather and report customer insight for senior stakeholders maintain project documentation including action and risk logs and support the delivery of customer engagement activities. Working across multiple business functions youll build strong stakeholder relationships influence positive outcomes and help drive continuous improvement in how NHS Supply Chain communicates with and serves its customers.
