Your role and responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of projects and programmes that improve outcomes for children young people and families across Childrens and Young Peoples Services (CYPS).
- Gather analyse and use data insight and evidence to inform improvement activity and support effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues services and partner organisations to identify opportunities for early intervention prevention and service improvement.
- Support the design implementation and evaluation of change initiatives ensuring a clear focus on impact and benefits.
- Maintain project documentation including project plans reports briefings risk registers and evaluation records.
- Build positive working relationships and support effective communication across project teams stakeholders and partnership networks.

The team
The Children and Young Peoples Programmes Team plays a key role in driving improvement and transformation across Childrens and Young Peoples Services at Suffolk County Council. Working closely with operational services and partners the team delivers projects and programmes that help improve outcomes for children young people and families.
