• Deliver high-quality project and programme management services throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support clients in defining objectives managing risks and achieving successful outcomes.

• Develop and maintain project plans schedules reporting and governance arrangements.

• Build strong relationships with clients stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve agreed objectives.

• Identify and manage risks issues dependencies and opportunities.

• Monitor progress and provide clear timely and insightful reporting.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and share best practice with colleagues.

• Contribute to the continued growth and success of our Northeast & Yorkshire team.

• Depending on your experience and level you may also lead major projects manage client relationships support business development activities and mentor junior colleagues.

• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborative adaptable and comfortable working in complex fast-paced environments.

• Organised and proactive with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.

• A problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity overcome challenges and drive progress.

• Committed to continuous learning development and improvement.

Youll bring experience of leading or supporting the delivery of projects programmes change initiatives or complex workstreams with the ability to balance competing priorities engage stakeholders and deliver results. The following would be advantageous:

• APM RICS PMI or equivalent qualifications or a commitment to professional development.

• Experience applying recognised project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

• Experience working in regulated stakeholder-rich or operationally complex environments.

• Knowledge of commercial management contract administration or NEC contracts.
