About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of project execution - from initiation through to completion - ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring project progress identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety legislation codes and standards
Planning and scheduling all project activities establishing timelines and milestones
Managing project budgets costs resources procurement and subcontractor coordination
Maintaining clear communication with clients team members suppliers and regulatory authorities
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Previous project management experience within the construction industry
Leadership experience managing teams and coordinating subcontractors
A current drivers licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations
