About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of project execution - from initiation through to completion - ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring project progress identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety legislation codes and standards
• Planning and scheduling all project activities establishing timelines and milestones
• Managing project budgets costs resources procurement and subcontractor coordination
• Maintaining clear communication with clients team members suppliers and regulatory authorities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Previous project management experience within the construction industry
• Leadership experience managing teams and coordinating subcontractors
• A current drivers licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
• Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations
