The Data & AI Domain at Santander is responsible for setting the strategic direction for data analytics and artificial intelligence across the organisation. It ensures that data is managed as a trusted enterprise asset and that advanced technologies are applied responsibly securely and effectively to create value for customers and the business.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

The Data & AI Domain team are looking for a Project Manager based out of either Milton Keynes Bradford or Glasgow.

Were shaping the way we workthrough innovation cutting-edge technology collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role you will be responsible for:

• Own the integrity and day-to-day administration of the Domain portfolio repository and supporting tooling.

• Maintain complete consistent and timely records for initiatives owners milestones status dependencies risks decisions
  capacity costs and benefits.

• Apply data-quality controls reconcile portfolio information with Planview and other authoritative sources and follow up gaps with accountable owners.

• Build and maintain dashboards scorecards and automated packs for portfolio reviews.

• Develop capacity-versus-demand views resource scenarios pipeline analysis and trend reporting.

• Maintain dependency decision action and commitment logs escalating overdue items delivery risks and emerging
  constraints.

• Analyse portfolio flow stage-gate progression forecast confidence value evidence and operating-model performance.

• Continuously improve portfolio processes data definitions controls and reporting automation under the direction of
  portfolio leads.

Professional Experience:

• Experience in a PMO portfolio-analysis management-information project-support or business-analysis role (Required)

• Experience maintaining structured portfolio or project data with Good data-quality controls (Required)

• Experience building dashboards scorecards and recurring management reports (Required)

• Experience analysing capacity demand pipeline milestones dependencies risks or benefits (Required)

• Experience with Planview or comparable portfolio tooling (Preferred)

Education:

• Relevant degree apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience (Required)

• Project PMO data-analysis or business-analysis qualification (Preferred)

Languages:

• English (Required)

Hard Skills:

• Advanced spreadsheet reporting and data-analysis capability (Required)

• Dashboard design data visualisation and reporting automation (Required)

• Portfolio data management reconciliation and quality control (Required)

• Working knowledge of Planview and Power BI or comparable tools

Soft Skills:

• Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail (Required)

• Proactive follow-up and confidence working with accountable owners (Required)

• Ability to translate data into concise actionable insight (Required)

• Collaborative organised and committed to continuous improvement (Required)

Salary Range:
49274.00 - 73912.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
