Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager you will play a key role in driving improvement and transformation across Children and Young Peoples Services (CYPS). You will:

  • Lead and deliver a portfolio of projects that improve outcomes for children young people and families.
  • Use data insight and evidence to shape and support improvement activity across Childrens Social Care SEND Education and Inclusion services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues stakeholders and partner organisations to identify opportunities for early intervention prevention and sustainable change.
  • Maintain a strong focus on impact ensuring improvements are embedded into everyday practice and deliver lasting benefits.
  • Manage project plans risks dependencies governance and reporting to support successful delivery.
  • Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences providing line management or supervision where required.
