Project Manager Payroll [Fixed Term Contract]

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our International Payroll transformation into a single new global vendor. The candidate should have experience leading projects within payroll/HR environments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
This position is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope schedule budget and resources. Monitor project progress through overseeing the planning execution and delivery while adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Stakeholder Management/Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations. Facilitate communication between technical team data team and business units.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including internal staff and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Provide guidance support and performance feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data technologies data sourcing and data governance.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
