Project Manager

Location: Rotherham but travel round sites
Salary: 50K plus
Project Value: Up to 10m

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new build construction projects up to 10 million.

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

• Manage programme budget quality health & safety and project performance.

• Coordinate clients consultants subcontractors and suppliers.

• Manage project risks variations procurement and commercial performance.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the required standards.

• Provide clear progress reporting to senior management and clients.

• Lead commissioning handover snagging and project close-out.

• Proven experience managing new build construction projects up to 10m.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods programming and project controls.

• Good commercial awareness and experience managing subcontractors.

• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements.

• SMSTS and CSCS preferred.

• Relevant construction/project management qualification desirable.
