Brentwood Borough Council and Rochford District Council have an exciting opportunity for the recruitment of aProject Manager(LGRTransition)

Please note this is a Secondment / Fixed term role until 31 March 2028.

We areseekinga highly skilled and self-motivated professional to work across both councils supporting our response to Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).You will:

• Co-ordinate and contribute to the delivery of the LGR Programme.

• Act as project manager for LGR projects

• Act as a key point of contact for the councilfacilitatingco-ordination of LGR activitiesand collaborationwith internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain awareness of national policy and best practice relating to LGR

• Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making

• Present complex information clearly to diverse audiences

• Support senior leaders with briefings reports and presentations
